Please let me turn off the Incursion Local chat window

Please let me turn off the Incursion Local chat window. I don't run incursions, I don't want this chat window, why should it open itself automatically with no way to turn it off?

I used to main run incursions, hell i was a line FC for warp to me, and I wanted to turn them off!

Especially how they load before the rest of the UI and **** with my UI setup on loading into an incursion zone...
