I'm looking for a new main PVP character to fully enjoy the game, and for this I have a maximum budget of 30B.

The isk is ready to transfer immediately, but I'm more than happy to wait it out for a good deal and the right character.

If you'd like to evemail or convo me ingame, feel free so we can discuss, or leave a post here. I don't have any special requirements, but I am looking for characters that are a good deal and are focused on pvp carnage.

Just as a sidenote, my budget is 30B, but I'd still be interested in seeing lower priced characters if it's focused and a good deal.
