Sorry for the dumb question... I have a character transfer going through at 10am gmt.. what time is that est?

On Windows 7:

* Click on the time at the bottom right.
* Click on Change date and time settings... at the bottom of the window.
* Click on the tab Additional Clocks at the top.
* Check the box Show this clock
* Select time zone: (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time
* Enter display name: UTC
* Click on OK

Now whenever you click on the time at the bottom right, 2 clocks appear. UTC is effectively the same GMT.
