Material efficiency cap question.

Is 10% the hard cap , as in if I have a ME9 bpo and work out of an amarr outpost (for another 3) me ME is 10 not 12 ?

BPO are capped at ME:10 TE:20 but there can be other bonuses, like facilities.

The formula remains the same:

Required Material = MAXIMUM(Runs , CEILING(Runs * Base Material Amount * (1 - ME %) * Other Material Reductions))

where CEILING(X) is the smallest integer not smaller than X, e.g. CEILING(1.00000000000001) = 2

Thank you for the reply , looks like I will be doing some more ME research to get it to 10 .
