For those of you that have never heard of this player, he started playing for United from his schooldays, he was a genius, a passer of the ball like no other, tackled ( his tackling often lead to numerous yellow and red cards) he had this knack of always appearing just in time at the edge of the penalty box to collect a pass and he would slot it in the corner. He retired last year to take up a coaching position at the club. Lo and behold, last week when we were playing Manchester Sh11ty, Fergie announced on the day of the game that Scholsey had come out of retirement, It was backs to the wall stuff, we have numerous injuries etc and there comes Paul Scholes- 37 years of age, not played in a year and on to the pitch he comes.

In these days of highly paid superstars, it would have been easy to stay retired and not get involved, but he didn't, he knew we had lots of injuries and on he comes- just a class act.

Picked up another goal today.

Yes folks this is 2012 where Henry can score for Arsenal, Scholes for United and Torres still can't score for Chelsea.

And then after a great outing, we replace the old 37 year old Paul Scholes with the young prospect that is the 38 year old Ryan Giggs.
