Why is there no citadel spin counter?

I am deeply saddened that there is no spin counter when viewing the outside of the citadel while currently docked. Is this not a thing? Who doesn't want to spin their citadels? I mean it's a CITADEL, therefore it by nature is more exciting to spin. On top of all this you get to spin it in space!

TLDR: We need a citadel spin counter in space when viewing the outside of a citadel!

Only if it has a chance to kick you out of the station with your ship and out of tether range thus creating risk. Man I should be a game developer, is Iceland a cold place to live?
