so i am trying to jump clone into a clone with implants and it asks if i want to pay 10k isk to put a clone into that station when i hit the jump button. is this a bug? if i hit yes will the implants get destroyed?

now you have to pay a fee to JC in NPC stations (not sure if even in citadels).
in a citadel you have not the usual waiting time between one JC and another.
