Defenceless targets in low sec? (yarrrr)

Newbie character here. I've spent the last few days in FW space, running FW plexes, and the ISK has been good. But fark it's boring.

I'm thinking of turning into a "freelancer" and just blapping defenceless targets. What targets are available in low sec?

My thoughts:

1. FW farmers.
2. Explorers (especially hackers)
3. PI industrialists (very hard to catch, IMO)
4. Miners (they do exist in low sec)

Are there any others you can think of? Any tips you'd like to share in catching prey? (I'm not interested in fighting ships that can shoot back :p )

im defenceless, i live in evati, dont come shoot me im just trying to make isk myself so i can buy a pve tengu for running missions.

maybe join a pirate corp and do all these things in a group, instalocking gatecamps are fun now and again, recon roaming, cloaky smartbombing is hella fun, all the above you mentioned are pretty hard to catch and you should get some experience in a group to be more a more effective solo hunter.

Rook is one of my favourite ships, doesn't appear on dscan, a lot use stratios for hunting
