In which missions are doll-related items used?

I've recent found out that there are a variety of Doll-type items in the game. This makes me happy.

I can't seem to find a lot of information about where to find all of them. This makes me sad.

I know of one for certain, and another as a possibility:

Mizara's Doll: This one comes from the Sister's of EVE arc, The Blood-Stained Stars. This I have confirmed with my own eyes.

Tattered Doll: This appears to only be available from the Gallente epic arc. Is there any other place that I can find missions that I can repeat to collect these, or is the Gallente epic arc the only place?

Other dolls I don't know:

"Dolls" - Too many hits for my poor-ish Google-fu to narrow down.
"Tampered Dolls" - Appears to be a courier mission.
"Crates of Raggy Dolls" - Appears to be a courier mission. Also, are there individual items of these?
"Large Crates of Raggy Dolls" - Also appears to be a courier mission. Again, are there individuals of these?

Are there any more than these? These are the only six that show up in the Contracts "select item type" window when searching for "doll."

Anyway, since three of the other four "Doll" items are courier missions, I'm going to guess that the plain "Dolls" item also comes from Courier missions. Does anyone know which missions these are used in? Additionally, as it seems that different agents have different "pools" of missions, with some missions appearing more often than others, are there any agents who give missions relating to these doll items more often than others?

I've already blown way too much ISK on these. I'd like to mission for them myself, if possible, even if it means that I'm going to be constantly fighting to get my standings up.

Also, CCP, please make it so the plain "Dolls" item can be repackaged. I'm going to go through a million containers, otherwise: http://puu.sh/pjlEy/5a14da5938.jpg

The crates of Raggedy Dolls are from distribution missions. I can't remember which one off the top of my head. The item used to be individual dolls until PI was introduced, at which point all distribution agent items became "crates of …" in order to prevent players using these agents as sources of PI materials.

Try L1 and L2 distribution agents. I will post back here if I figure out what the mission is. Also try Gallente agents first since I seem to recall that Gallente and SOE agents issue this mission often while Amarr gave it rarely.
