They are also fairly easy to counter, and as mentioned, by this point we are no longer talking about AFK.

As stated, AFK is moot and neither the Manticore NOR the Rapier are "easy" to counter unless they are total fail. They rarely are.

Get out of highsec Tippia, go rat in 0.0 and I dare you to keep ratting with cloaky (AFK or otherwise) in system - get some experience, first-hand - then come back with something bordering on knowledegable on the topic.

Atm you're just playing silly word games - as usual.

edit: Another good reason to answer the call despite not agreeing with you is exactly because he does not agree with you. The thing you propose has the potential to change the game for all manner of people, not just you and others who think like you. By being just as vocal as you, or more so, those who do not favor the change you propose are able to show CCP by their disagreement with you that this is not a thing that CCP should implement or support. That's just me scratching my head, and trying to justify the actions of another person.

AFK-were all AFK a lot, posting here or on there forums, reading about other eve stuff, and using fitting tools. Any thing done to boot you for being AFK will just be a huge pain in all our asses.

Cloaked no-eyes-drag there name in to intell find out how long they have been there. Look them up on your favored kill boards search for recon,cyno,covop cyno. See how active they are. chex there corp/alliance on google/there forums/any other outlet. Check your corp and alliance forums see what if any thing they have been spotted in or doing. Now make the call, stay or go.

Why is this so hard to get?
If you have such a problem you ether are losing a lot on your bots being idle or your butt-hurt about some thing you think is wrong because its beaten you and you will not do it your self.

I wanted to paint my space ship red, but I couldn't find enough goats.

I know this is a really foreign concept for some people to accept, but there exist certain players and groups of players whom are content to accept the game as implemented and instead of whining about it adapt themselves and their game play so as to exploit whatever changes to the mechanics. Perhaps she is one of those people?

Those where about ..ahme ...implementations.....I didnt recall teh group of people called Goons b to accpet the changes and b e againts the riots and say to everyone shut up....
