No sound notification currently for a completed gas cloud

When you finish mining an asteroid Aura alerts you audibly that "The asteroid has been depleted"

A gas cloud just vanishes when depleted with no message from Aura. This should be fixed to align with how asteroid mining works so if you are tabbed out or across the room you know it is time to warp to station.

Plus it's just cool to hear Aura.

I'd rather they take the notification away from finished rocks.

Why are you alt-tabbed or across the room when gas mining? Not paying attention when PvE-ing outside of HS seems to be a terrible idea

Believe it or not there's gas clouds in HS, and occasionally there's at the least biological needs that come up unless you're suggesting catheterisation while sucking down a 30 min to mine cloud. Also sitting long periods isn't healthy, people need to stretch their legs.

HS gas? People do that, compared to the ease and ISK that comes with LS/WH gas mining?

Believe it or not, if you warp to a cloaked safe/station/POS when going AFK the gas cloud will still be there when you get back. I can give you more amazing tips and tricks in my next reply if you like.

Ventures are practically disposable, and have to be scanned down in a gas site, but staying far away from trade hubs helps too.

It's still a lot cooler to hear Aura say something if you are right there watching, than just .. POOF no more cloud.

Downright anti-climactic. The afk part is incidental.

Oh man, I thought that the "lights out" you see when the gas cloud disappears was large enough hint that the neon sign went dark but what do I know.

That's because you pay attention. OP wants an audio alert so he doesn't have to alt-tab over from whatever he's watching on netflix.
