can it tractor beam the belt to the station undock?

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Unlike most people in this thread i'll offer an actual opinion about OP.

I agree that mining needs a buff either in a module or ship. I don't believe that it needs as much of a bonus
as say a t2 to t3 cruiser. Perhaps 10% maximum.

I like the fact that you came up with you own constructive ship stats.

However, they are unrealistic in that you didn't address the "t3" side as it would use subsystems. Also, your proposing an orca with mining bonus's basically.

I think a less dramatic improvement is required. In fact, i'd be content if CCP introduced just a new hauling vessel, something inbetween indy's and freighters, thats not an orca.....

However if a new mining ship were to be released i would be content with a "hulk" type with either more tank or an extra high slot.

Huh? This actually reminds me of something I've wondered about for a bit, how do you lose skillpoints when you lose a T3?

You just do. That's how it works. Die in t3, lose skillpoints. iirc, it's one level off a random skill in the Subsystem category.

Yes. One of your subsystem skills will randomly drop 1 level. Fortunately they have a x1 training multiplier.

lol yeh that mining ship is too extreme. though a tech 3 ore vessel would be really cool. Ex:

Hull
Overheat bonus

offensive subsystems:
Covert configuration (bonus to drone damage?)
Ore 6% per level bonus (same as hulk)
Gas 5% per level (since theres no dedicated gas ship)
Mercoxit 60% per level bonus -20% to explosion per level (same as skiff)

Defensive subsystems
Cargo capacity
Shield bonus 10% per level
remote transfer bonus? (not sure of this one)
Command no bonus to mining links, only one active at time

Electronics subsystem
Salvage/tractor beam subsystem
CPU bonus subsystem
Sensor strength and Survey scanner subsystem
Scan probe/Code breaker subsystem

Engineering Subsystem
PG bonus
Drone hit points speed bonus
Overheat bonus
Capacitor bonus

Navigation subsystem
Speed
Warp speed
Interdiction nullifer
AB/MWD

With balanced high/mid/lows arrangement and CPU/PG this could be a fun little ship for WH and low/null being more portable and a little more survivability. Be good compliment for exploration fleet with its hacking and salvage subsystems and of course would command a high cost so the haters can get nice kill mails

God knows we want more t3 ships anyway. Ill take a t3 shuttle if need be ^_^

sorry i left some holes in the ship build but i figured i let the eve build team work on some of the build.
so if the build team makes some mods to the ship like the cargo hold from 100,000m3 to 25,000m3 its there choice.
and the (new gang link module) in creases targeting range.
because the gang link module the reduce capacitor is useless to a well trained pilot.

Read about PvP before the Warp Core Stab nerf. How many low slots you got? Well that's how many points they need.

No, it can tractor the entire belt around. Drag the whole thing right next to a station or play games with your competitors.
