Yes, i know: no direct trade between characters, delivery does not work, etc... Yesterday bought few PLEXes and was not able to transfer it to another character or to use it somehow. Created support ticket to re-redeem them.

Now the actual question: does anyone actually do buying PLEXes in citadels? Or it's just occasional losers like me who didn't read enough? Lol
What people do with these PLEXes when they buy it? It does not seem that you even can activate them there.

you couldnt right click, deliver it? I havent had any problems with that.

As to the activation, afaik, atm, you cannot activate plex, extractors or injectors in citadels as it is bugged right now.

No idea what people do with the stuff like that they buy in citadels, apart from go "dammit" :p

I 'delivered' these PLEXes to my alt. And that alt never got access to them. See it in assets window but never in citadel.

And no, i'm not into providing easy killmails for others Lol

I bought a skill injector in a citadel because it was cheaper, and after realizing I couldn't activate it I simply moved it to a station in the same solar system and activated it there. You can't get ganked outside the citadel because of the tethering, so the only possible chance for them would be the second or so it takes you to dock when you get to the station. I can't see that as being much of a risk really. It's mildly inconvenient, but it could be worth it if the price differential was sufficient.

A work around I discovered to transfer between alts.

Rent an office and put items in corp hanger. Of course you're alt has to be in the same corp.

That and a reasonably tanked ship, remove most of the risk.
If you really are paranoid, use a well tanked mineral hauler, people would assume that you have got to the citadel to reprocess your minerals and leave you alone most of the time.
Naturally, if you are at war and there are war targets in system it is a different matter.

Actually i have found delivery hangar. It's in Inventory when you are in citadel. From there you move it to items hangar and VOILA!
Then yeah, use PLEX right from items hangar.

If ever I need to move compact high value items, it's an interceptor.

Throw it in a noob ship and fly to a station. If you are afraid of losing one PLEX, you must be seriously poor. Lol
