SoE epic arc - mission objective not present

G'day,
... I had stated my issue to the bug report department 10 - ten! - days ago and was informed today (!) that they are not the right tree to bark at. Instead I will have to post here and hope for the best ... thank you, customer support. *sigh*

Ok, here we go again.

I am (sort of "am" with a long delay in it now) just doing the SoE Epic Arc.
In the mission "Delivering a Doctor", I deposited "A Lot of Money" in the Dead Drop.
The Coreli popped up as they should and got dutifully killed.
A bit of loot but the container with the doctor inside never appeared.
Not at first sight, not at looking with the overview set at "all".
Not after docking and returning to the encouter site.
Not after closing EVE and re-opening EVE.
Not after rebooting my computer and looking then.

Of course Sister Alitura insists on having the doctor delivered - which I can't since he never showed up.

This mission seems to have been severely bugged on the occasion I tried to do it.

How can this be solved (with me NOT waiting another 90 days - oh no, it's only 80 days now) to restart the whole Arc?
Is it possible to reset this particular mission?
Or to put the doctor in my hangar?
Or - if need be - reset the whole arc (in which I have not done anything tricky so far anyway)?

Anybody at all?

Being sent here with my issue by CCP bug report department and then no-one from the (allegedly) responsible team even bothering to answer me is really not helping my issue nor hindering the development of a certain being-let-down-by-CCP-feeling...

Even the answer "we can't do anything" were at least a hint of customer support...

You accepted the mission before DT and did mission after DT?

Started and run the mission after downtime - no chance to have DT confusing the run of the mission.

Btw i got bug in angel epic arc. A group supposed to spawn but it didn't I had to rewarp then they appeared. Worst thing I didn't get faction standing at the end of epic arc. I know I can open a ticket to GM but cba. Too many bugs in the game. What?

Hmmm - still no sign that anyone cares of those whose job that is.
I am disappointed.
Although I am only one customer and one subscription may be small fry to you

(yes, you who should be servicing the customers of which I am one!)

I would expect that at least you recognize my issue, even if it were "nope, we won't help you".

But, alas, nothing for another 5 days.
This gives the appearance as if CCP could not be bothered to actually do what is written on the box "customer service".

What I receive here from the responsible powers is not customer service, this is underachievement at poorest level.
Sorry if that sounds hard but it is at least as hard to me.
