Cosmic signatures no longer showing when in control of citadel

Before today I could chill in my citadel watching outside to see the sigs spawn. As of today I do not see them in the scanner view anymore until I undock. If this is an intentional nerf please remove the probe scanner window when in control of the citadel because now it's confusing.
