Situation:
It's basically a Moving out Sale - We don't feel like taking down the Citadel that we worked so hard to put up.
However; our CEO left us High and Dry and so we're basically leaving the Home.

Hate to see the System/Citadel go to waste.

Why not stay? Well we're too small and don't have the experience to defend it.
Most of our members are Low SP, and our CEO disregarded our concerns and made this our home anyways.
We were making it work till he completely bailed on us leaving all of us to fend for ourselves while he BIOMASSED.
