Bookmarks not visible in space after jump

Hey Guys,
when I jump into a new system all the pins for the bookmarks (personal and corp) are missing and only appear when I open "People and Places".
It's very annoying to open P&Ps every time I jump to a new system just to see the Bookmarks in space (wich is very important from time to time)

The interesting thing is: When I just log in and undock: Everything is fine, the BMs are there.
But when I jump out and back in again, they are gone.

Anybody with the same problem?

PS: Using Dx9 due to old hardware.

Is bookmark icon enabled in hud?

Yes , otherwise they would not show up even after opening P&Ps.

Do you see short blue line around the hud that point to bm in the space?

no, it is only after I open P&Ps and the Bookmarks appear. Then the indicators appear too.

I have the same, or a similar, issue.
But since I have P&P always open, I have to either close and reopen it or hide and unhide any random bookmark group in P&P.

Yes, the sensor overlay is set "on" and switching it (or all) off and on doesn't fix it. Nor does opening ISIS (which fixes other UI issues).

I have this problem too. Overlay is fine when I jump into system but when I open the probe scanner map and close it, anomalies and bookmarks disappear from the overlay. Even when next to the now invisible bookmark.
Turning the overlay 'on' and 'off' and back on again doesn't fix this problem. I submitted a bug ticket a week ago.

I get this also, but using current dx version. However, its intermittent for me. Occaisionally I'll be lucky enough to have them. Opening P&P does not bring them back into in-space view for me, either. Only a session change will *sometimes* put them back.

i have same problem
Fix is possible only with relog or jumping through wormhole or gate

same here.
whats more, when ive got two clients running same time, 1 client see bookmarks in space, 2nd dont. it works randomly when i change system.

It happens for me when I hit F10 (open old style solar system map) which I use for dscan and probing.
It can be fixed by docking/undocking (maybe just a session change?)

I hope ccp doesnt neglect this, it is very frustrating for wormhole gameplay and many players have no wish to switch to new map style.

This also seems to happen when opening planet view.

I have reported this bug to CCP.

Here is the workaround:
to fix:


  1. Dock into a Citadel
  2. Click "Enter Ship Hangar"
  3. Undock

    4. Sensor Overlay Works again.


If you undock while Viewing the Outside Structure, your Sensor Overlay Will be Disabled.

Its not a absolute fix - tried this

Still happens after opening old probe scanner and planet view......
This bug making my life in eve much harder....

This has been happening for along time for me.

To have bookmarks propogate back in space I have to create a new "test" bookmark so the sync on my client happens.

There is also no refresh for in space bookmark pins at all via a time sync, so for example If I'm in a wormhole and a corp mate creates a bookmark on a new connection. The sig does not populate at all until I force a session change or do the steps I listed above.
