I suppose the Amarr would say the same. Now they have a new Empress.

After nine months, yes. Yes, I think our Imperial compatriots would speak with a great deal more confidence about this as well.
That's great. I hope you will never need your forces against this thread. Especially now where rumors about a new type of Drifter vessel are out. I'm pretty sure they were improving their fleets too.

Don't underestimate the enemy! For the sake of your pilots, hopefully your military leaders aren't too shy to ask the Federation for help if needed.

That you would put gallentean lifes at last at risk is heartwarming.

However it's not my intention to discuss future military strategies here on this place. It's way too early for such things I suppose.

But I see a trend in accepting peaceful relationships and we should continue to walk that path together, without holding hands of course, yet.

My proposal still stands. The Federation should start a process of reconciliation with the Caldari, with the option of a future reunification.

Pilot Deva;

I assure you the Caldari are perfectly capable of handling Drifter threats.

What's more, unification is about as likely as the Federation converting to a corporatist model such as the State's.

I'll leave you all to your celebration.

As always, your innocence is adorable.

Your naivete is worrisome.

I like the proposal of Gallente/Caldari unification, especially in light of the emergent threats, but it will never happen under the current leadership of both nations.

Seriously.

If the Federation can't even handle Serpentis, how are they, let alone the State, going to handle a dedicated Drifter incursion?

Think about the future and what the map of the Galaxy will look like.

As for the Federation, I suppose they'd write a petition.

As for the State, I certainly wouldn't have the faintest what I'm talking about. Obviously, Capsuleer organizations friendly to the State certainly haven't done anything like fight Drifters. I mean, where would we even begin?

But please. Do carry on about naivete.

Edit; or not. This digression into silliness about Caldari-Gallente reunification and Drifters has carried on long enough. Let's not continue dragging the Federation Day thread off the mark.

Oh, we have already three great ideas. But if there is any room for another suggestion left, I have another one too.

A few months ago I stumbled on the market (no I won't tell you where exactly) over this precious piece of chocolate. - Did cost me a fortune. - If the Federation could make this public available and affordable, every woman in New Eden would be grateful forever.

Chocolate makes us women nicer and sweeter so even the men will benefit.

Wow, I don't know what kind of chocolate gets sold on a capsuleer market - it must be really fancy? - but if you have never seen chocolate anywhere else I'm very very sad for you and I have a bunch of recommendations for where you can buy it.

Where else if not on the capsuleer market? - Don't say in your Citadel, I don't fall for that trick!

Its always a pleasure to see capsuleers loyal to the Federation come together to celebrate our shared values. I hope to attend the festivities, and look forward to more proposals for discussion at the Villore Assembly.

Go to nearest inhabited planet, leave pod, board InterBus shuttle to random city on surface, find candy store closest to spaceport.

Did you ever try that? The last time I tried to land on a planet, they didn't allow me to leave my pod :(

So either I buy it on the black market, what of course I won't, or the Federation makes it legal available for every capsuleer.

We live for the Federation, we fight for the Federation, we die for the Federation again and again, which btw has some terrible side effects to some of us capsuleers. Makes them nuts. So I think it's fair if they do something in return for us.

Wait what, how did you even get your pod to the surface... No no, you have to dock in a station first and leave your pod there and then take an InterBus shuttle.
It might be a good idea to wear something that covers your spinal implants so people don't give you any weird reactions - if they can't see your implants and you don't tell them you're a capsuleer, only authorities and others with high-end ID scanners can know right away. Anybody else has to recognize your face from the news or something, and if you pick a planet that has nothing to do with you there's a good chance you haven't been on their news. Most places on most planets take a lot more kindly to baselining than some non-capsuleer sections of stations do. Your value to the tourism industry is higher than the possibility you're a suicide bomber.

I didn't. They catched me before I could get close to it. -.- But how did you left your room? I tried to break through that door but nothing worked. Climbing the inner walls of the ship hanger also ended bad for me. I slipped, fell and voila, new clone body. Great, I hate that!

Don't tell me that they allow you to leave. If so then I have to visit some people who will wish they never knew me when I'm done with them! I'm a nice person and deserve it to go on the surface too!

Can I ask you, if it's not too much, to bring a few chocolate bars back to me when you are next on the surface? Yes? And a little sheep ... a lamb? Aww those are cute. ... But, better screw that! It will only starve to death in my room.

Anyhow, I want my chocolate bar or I get angry! I'm a nice person goddamnit, I we deserve it!

Despite the recent violent relationships between the Gallente and Caldari my proposal is the reunification of both nations. That won't happen over night and is a long way to go but everything starts with a first step.

The Gallente Federation would show once more its greatness by doing that first step with an official condolence to all Caldari victims of the past wars. Atrocities were made on both sides. As the prime of human evolution we shouldn't be afraid of naming ours.

Secondly we need a strong combined Caldari-Gallente-Fleet in Luminare. If we can't fend off a coordinated Drifter attack on Caldari facilities there, the war proponents among the Caldari will use that as propaganda against us.

Thirdly I suggest an aid programme for needy Caldari children. With care packages we can show them that we aren't the monsters warmongers tell them. By winning their hearts we can fight future wars without violence.

Also if the Intaki want more Federation forces in their home system, helping to increase the security and the status, then I see no reason why the Federation should let them down.

I'm so glad that some of us think like this myself included the problem is that the admirals and generals on both sides have too much pride to ask the other side for peace

Today I wold like to discuss the demolition of Nouvelle Rouvenor, performed by culture preservation society known as Templis Dragonaurs almost 200 years ago. Nouvelle Rouvenor was an underwater city established by gallenteans on Caldari Prime. Some people claim that sabotage of this city has caused gallente to bombard the entire Caldari Prime and has started the war. But lets get into the history and analyze events happened before and after the attack, and try to answer the question if destruction of this city was necessary...

I got a new proposal.

The Gallente Navy blocks all access to Caldari Prime starting at the gates leading into the system. Anyone on the planet who is loyal to the State gets a free one-way ticket offworld. Or a blaster to the back of the head.

As long as the State keeps producing people like this ****, and as long as State pilots continue to turn a blind eye, there is no peaceful resolution, right? So **** 'em. We gave it a chance.

Caldari Prime needs a big ****ing dose of democracy.

The MBC was able to kick the Goons out of NullSec, the Federation can kick the State out of the Federation's home system.

There's only one way to end this war.

Victory.

Yes, because the Federation and their attempts to strong arm the Caldari has always proven to be a good idea.

The Ishukone Corporation has proven to be very capable in handling the situation regarding our ancestors homeworld. You really can't compare the politics of fringe capsuleer organizations run by madmen to the very delicate matter in Luminaire, nor can you apply their increasing popular genocidal tactics.
