I'd certainly move into this one if I didn't have Citadels tied up with mine.

C2 wormhole, no effect, with C3/HS static. Everything within dscan range, very rare and convenient for both safety and PVP.

C3 farming is top tier consistent isk/hr at ~300 mil/hr (Golem), ~250 mil/hr per ship (Snake), ~200 mil/hr (Tengu), and anywhere from 100-200 for almost all other farm ships even low skill on forts and outposts. Investment back in 2-3 hours solo.
