Endpoints list for CREST / XML?

Hi everyone:

I am new to eve api and a little new to eve game itself. I am wondering if there is a way I can get all possible endpoints on either CREST or XML api? The new bulk market data api is great but in the blog FoxFour says that to inquire these info one has to request every type per region individually. I don't know how this could be done, or specifically what are the endpoints for this? And are there any other endpoints that are not documented? Thanks for help!

Yeah, should be nice someone create sticky topic with full list of working CREST/XML endpoints. So newcomers will stop make another topic of the same question...
