Multimonitor unwanted offset

Eve has the great option of allowing one to play in multimonitor mode (in my case a 3x1 row of LG 27MP65HQs run by an AMD 7970 with the latest drivers) which i enjoy doing if i am running 1 client and am in a position where i need all the screensize i can get my hands on.

But at some point in the past (following a re-installation of eve to free up space on my SSD it has devloped an odd quirk where it is offset 1920 pixels from the edge of the screen. Ie the left most screen has no eve on it and the rendered image overhangs one whole screen...

I can manually reposition it using an oddball work around designed into multimon but i feel it aught to be possible (especially since it used to default correctly) to sort this somewhere. I had a similar problem in fallout 4 where there turned out to be an INI file with "offset x=1920" but i wouldn't know where to go looking for something like that here and i google has failed me.

I have attempted most of the obvious fixes can think off.

I hope someone knows how to fix this more permanently
