Launcher hang

Hello all,

On saturday (05.28.2016) I I have reinstalled windows 7. I have a nice clean fresh install. Installed EVE launcher through the website and choose to "download all files". It was around 60k files to download and also we have the progress bar there. When the launcher have downloaded only 11K files, the progress bar hits 100% already and right after it hits 100%, the launcher hang.
I run the launcher again and it download another 11K files and the progress bar hits 100% again and it hang again.
5 times I did the same thing.

Honestly to say, after I managed to download all 60K files and verified the cash the game works fine.
So it is only for ur information.
