Any chance of streamlining alt char swapping.

Any chance of streamlining alt char swapping without having to re-log?

Changing to your alts is a bit clunky because it involves a whole log-out/log-in procedure. Cant a smoother switch be implimented? They are all on the same account anyway.

Well if you allow it there is quite a real threat of "shorcuts" to make one account three chars online at the same time.. with some delay etc.

Just an guess.

Not quite what you're asking, but: I play on a laptop and when switching alts, the longest delay occurs after I log out, waiting for Eve to reload and give me a new login screen. I discovered that I can load eve twice so that when I quit to change alts, the second login screen appears instantly. Saves 15 or so seconds (but probably just my slow computer). Then after I re-log with an alt, the instance of the client that I just logged out of reloads the login screen, which will again instantly pop up when I log out to change alts again.
