complaining of CCP and customer support For more than 60 days

none of my letters have been replied to


Good afternoon,
For more than60 days I can not get in the game your character,
Russian support staff is silent and does not answer
All my requests are ignored
All my questions are ignored
All my complaints are ignored
My e-mail is blocked

Two topics on the forum with my complaints are blocked

Maybe the Dev that speaks russian is out of the office or something. You try submitting a ticket in english or through a proxy server in english through Europe just to see? Long shot i know and im not sure if they have rules about proxy servers or VPN's (vitual private network).

Oh, while this is live. You don't go to Game Managers (GM - tickets) to discuss your account. You go to the account people. You deal with this like a purchase. Obviously you're confused about something in a major way. Maybe inexperienced with capitalism...just a tad?

Why doesn't the surprise me.

Not only were you wrong in relation to who he needs to try to speak to, but you clearly lack understanding of Russia's economy (it's in the World's top 10).

Well its number 9 out of those 10 and has the lowest GDP. I agree about there being no reason to bring it up though.

How many World economies (including traditional capitalist economies) does that leave behind it? Someone has to be number 9 and all 10 of those economies are the best in the World. Russia is hardly a slouch.
