I hold cloak on my Polaris Legatus Frigate until I can fire my first DD weapon on the titan, then the next 2 DD weapons on the dreads, and then I speedtank the battleships until I can get them down as well.

OR

I scramble one of the dreadnoughts and ransom him!

OR

I warp to safespot and either cloak up or get behind POS or something else to get away.


They're all good options.

Warp away, not like any of the could target you fast enough to kill you if your in a small ship...

So, gatecamp with no dictor or interceptors? I warp away as I'm not dumb enough to fly anything as slow as a battleship solo w/o a scout, and anything smaller than a BS (that I would fly solo), such as a nano bc, hac, recon, T3, etc. will be in warp before any of that **** locks me.

Drop a bubble, light a cyno, to call the 250 man fleet sitting on a titan in another system, then send out a broadcast so another 400 can log in to kill the titan.

Ask yourself why someone has a titan and two dreadnoughts on a gate.

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.

Well if I was doing DAILY runs in null-sec I think this result would not surpise me at all ...

So you would actually know what to do.

As for me, im new ... would probably try to warp to nearest station, thus getting me even closer to them and getting killed within 5 seconds in my crappy fit brand new BC that costed me all the ISK I have ...

Simples. I'd stick my middle finger up at the titan pilot and solo his ass in my stealth bomber. Not like anything can actually hit me, and the drones would be wiped out by my scorch bombs.

Then:

Wait-out the session-change, then evaluate whilst holding gate-cloak, decide to either burn MWD back to gate and jump, or warp off (you didn't say if the gate was bubbled? If so, then pick a likely direction under gate-cloak, then move, blast MWD and cloak, either in that direction, or back to gate.)

It goes without saying that I'd be in something small, fast, and preferably CovOps cloaky, but your fleet-comp would probably never catch a nano-ceptor or fast assault frig in time without bubbles.

E: Oh, almost forgot--alternate between begging for ISK, screaming "P E N I S!!", and offering to triple any amount of ISK sent to me in local at random intervals.

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

edit: I give myself the assist, and get ready for the snipe.

I certainly don't accidentally double-post and then go back to make it look like I was setting myself up for a snipe, because that would be admitting to error rather than just being lame, which is arguably worse. I must be infallible!
