Command Destroyer and Hisec mechanics

So from my understanding, a CD can warp anyone within it's range w/o aggression? if this is true, can this also be done in hisec w/o being flagged or Concorded?

the aoe module is restricted from use in highsec,
which is a damn shame as i would definitely get my ass concorded regularly just to kidnap the hubhumping Russians off the amarr undock.

Oh haha. Such a shame. Was thinking the same thing that it would break up the station humping that some people do.

Wouldn't that be a thing..... kidnap annoying camping s**t bags and give them a taste of unfair advantages...... would be worth even podding by CONCORD heheheeee

I feel that since they can disable the aoe effect on individual ships they should at least let us use these in hs and have them only affect war targets

Or just give us free reign and punsih those who abuse it, such as a reduced response time for concord.....

Seems like they should work like smart bombs IMO, set your Saftey Flag as needed.
