Hauling more ore than a Retriever holds

I noticed the Mammoth does not hold more Ore than my Retriever. Am I stuck hauling ore in my Retriever? (Don't want to process) Is there a ship that can carry more?

The miasmos( gallente industrial) can hold 63k ish m3 with l5 skills. other than that i think you have to go to a freighter.

Or a DST (eg the Mastadon) - which has similar capacity to the Miasmos in its fleet hangar (for ore, or whatever else).

Another option now that Citadels are in the game is to find one with the reprocessing/compression service module and compress your ore. compression is 100:1 so you can fit more in most haulers than it is safe to carry.

You should be aware that the Retriever is first and formost a mining ship. If you want to haul or transport the Ore it would be a good idea to use a transport ship. (Industrials, Deep Space Transports, Industrial Command Ships, Freighters).

Depending on money and skillset you will surely find one that fits your needs.

100 pieces of compressed ore is worth more than the 100 pieces. compressing is a good way to increase your isk per time invested, provided you can do so.

Retriever - 27,500 m3
Miasmos - 63,000 m3
Occator - 62,500 m3
Orca - 127,500 m3

Baring the Miasmos (OP gallente indies), the Retriever is a fine Ore Hauler and better than any T1 ship.
