So I have a stuck Large rig, I'll spare all the details of the known bug.

I submitted a ticket to remove it, but its been a pretty long time. I finally got a "mass reply" and was asked to reply to that, which I did.

At this point, should I simply repackage the ship and follow up on the ticket, asking CCP to reimburse me the destroyed rigs?
