Launching map removes sensor overlay

I have been having problem with my sensor overlay vanishing. After testing around I found out that overlay gets removed when going to system/galaxy map in full screen. Old or New map, does not matter. Issue repeats on multiple clients. Clearing cache does not help, neither turning overlay off/on. I've also asked around and other people have been experiencing similar problem.

I've submited bug report, but wanted to put this out here.

I have a similar problem. All of my sensor overlays are gone if I view my PI planet and exited while in space.

The only way for me to get the sensor overlay back is to dock and undock. In wormhole I just dock in Citadel and undock.

Edit: If I am in Kspace I just jumped through the gate, sensor overlay would work again.

So that is whats causing it. Been having this happen the past few days at least.

This is classic CCP. When you actually need the overlay the most it stops working. Sadly it really needs dock/undock or relog. The usual view planet mode trick doesn't solve it :(

yep, same Problem here.
Opening stuff in fullscreen mode (PI-View, Scanner-Map, Shiptree), closing it, overlay is gone.
Espacialy annoying in WH, only thing to fix it is jump ...

When will this bloody be fixed? I think it's already 3 weeks or more with this bug. Submitted report, get no response. It's game breaking for what I do and it annoys the hell out of me.

Oh so I have to dock/undock to see sensor overlay again? See, I can't really do that since I'm in enemy wormhole space, and I'd blow my cover by having to enter and exit the system all the bloomin' time.
