If I do understand your question the right way, it depends on your standing to the station corporation (not faction). For instance I do have almost 10 standing to my current home station corporation and I have the station tax for reprocessing 0%.

May be I'm wrong in some way, please, correct me.

Reprocessing tax varies between 0 and 5% depending on your standing with the NPC corp that owns the station. 6.67 standing for tax free. This is "adjusted" standing after connections skill. http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Reprocessing#Equipment_Tax

I'm not sure that link is entirely correct anymore, although the %'s are correct, instead of taking a % of ore reprocessed, it takes a % of the value of the ore in ISK, so each time you reprocess, you will pay a small ISK fee.

This fee can be seen by mousing over the "resulting" minerals in the reprocessing window. (it would be nice if it showed you the total somewhere on the window clearly)

I pay 0 isk in my home station for reprocessing with 9.64 standings so get working on some missions to get it up, and taxes down.
