question on buy orders

heres my question. I had a buy order up for 210mil. I canceled it a week or so later but whenii cancled it I only got back 157 mil. did something happen to the rest???


I actually had 4 separate orders up and the same thing happened 4 times. is this some kind of new thing for canceling a buy order??
