SISI Module, SP Pool and Lag Issues

Cannot drag modules.

Many times modules are not activating, from mouse click or quick keys.

Cannot apply skill points to skills from unallocated sp pool.

Reload and unload options are not occurring in space, I've had to literally drag with a mouse to make reloads and unloads happen.

There has been quite a bit of lag for me (only on sisi, not TQ) which may be related to why the first four issues are happening

I saw another thread about issues applying skill points, but wasn't sure if I was the only one experiencing the module issues (on two accounts).
