I recently bought a Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' Surgical Strike SS-905 implant via contract. It now seems I can't sell or contract it on the market. Why not? Am I not doing something? There is no option to repackage, sell or put on contract.

Reimbursed implants come in "unpackaged" state so they can't be sold on the market, you should be able to sell it on contract though.

No option for contract... not from right click or from Create Contract, it simply is not an option to add. Looks like I have to use it if bought, no other way?

You can also petition CCP to repackage it for you. It may take a while for them to answer, but if you want to sell it on the market, that is the only option.
