Well ain't me a competent bullshiter? I managed to tell the story on the wrong quotation under such light, that the client agreed to pay more and didn't even was angry... for bonus: she actually has come to the agency rather than phone or write an email! Smile

The funniest part is that I still don't know for sure what went wrong with the quotation and why we would be missing money after comparing what's been booked with the approved quotation. But hey: I've made quite a convincing, truelike story and filled the gap and kept the customer paying and not exactly happy, but not angry neither.

I'm a bullshiter extraordinaire... but also I'm responsible enough to learn from mistakes.
