Why won't CCP add Spanish subtitles?

When the population of your game suddenly expands 20 to 30% of a single ethnic creed and nationality, you should jump on the opportunity. There are times in our lives when large corporations need to cater to the minority.

This is one of those times, the valiant efforts of CCP will all be to waste if development is not ceased until the game is fully available with Spanish subtitles. Ask not what the Mexican Gaming League can do for you, ask what you can do for the Mexican Gaming League!

since CCP recently blogged about a new client translation system i would not be to surprised to find a spanish, portuguese, french, whateverlanguage client in the not to distant future

japanese client is in beta testing right now btw

too bad CCP is like 3 years late for the "we love Latinos" bandwagon

As I understand Iceland is not big on diversity Roll

but on a serious note wouldn't many things in eve like object names have no equivalent in another language since they are proprietary terms?

I just hope that, whenever they try and make a Spanish localization, they count on the Spanish community. Over years we already created our own slang and language conventions about playing EVE in Spanish.

BTW, why people suck so much when they try to joke about people who speak Spanish?
