Why can't start Sisters of eve (Auitura)

My buddy is trying to start the line. I'm good to go but she tells him she's got nothing for him at the moment. Does anyone have any ideas? He already tried social skills.

Has he already completed the arc once?

Well, there's a few reasons why.

First - If your friend has recently completed the Epic Arc there's a 90 day wait period after completion before being able to run it again.

Second - The Agent won't offer a mission if your friend already started the Epic Arc and didn't finish it. The last mission completed will be listed in the 'Epic Mission' tab found in the mission journal. That will help find the correct agent to continue running the Epic Arc.

Third - Have your friend clear all cache files in Esc menu - 'Reset Settings' tab. That usually helps clear out little bugs usually found after a game patch / release. Sometimes just a simple re-log will also fix the issue.

Fourth - Submit a Support Ticket asap - Select type 'Game Play Support' - Category 'Stuck' - Stuck Characters. Ask a GM to either reset the Agent or the entire Arc.
