Subject:
External Video Card Adapter (for laptop)
- that will run with EVE Online, and will also supply the video with enough power to run.

After making an online search , I was left to find only more expensive options than previously found and posted on these EVE Online forums.

Out of Pod Experience ยป 2 New Games I bought for $3.

yes, but I don't need one for mini-pcie slot, or one for laptop.
..."

Now, they are offering a $139 Laptop with 4 GB Ram and 2.0 GHz CPU
... (just got to make sure that it runs SSE or , is Duo Core or Quad Core)

My internet connection would also work on that system too with a simple USB connection port, for which I now have 2 splitters (which don't work too good btw, but are only $3 each...)

Now, that card above doesn't seem to be for a laptop.
It seems to be for a desktop, and I don't have an extra external power supply for the laptop.

So...
The laptop options are around $70 each.
I didn't watch the youtube link btw...

I mean, honestly, I'd just save up and buy a better laptop or build a computer..

You'll also need an external screen/monitor if you're using an external graphics card in case you weren't aware..

Where do you get your information from?

And what are you referring to when you mention that I will also need an external screen/monitor if I'm using an external Video card adapter?

Isn't the device you are referring to is the not the same as the one that I mentioned?

You refer to an external graphic card which is not what I am referring to.
Did you intentionally made the error and try to sell me a second monitor that I won't need?

Also, as for buying a better laptop, those cards can work on more than one laptop.
And for the record, the $140 ($160 with tax) laptop offer that is available (from May 13 to 26) had to be cancelled since I have to move and had to pay for a 1 year online storage costs among other things.
... (see Edit 3: below...)

So the budget for the laptop has to be used for other bills, including moving costs and the costs to get another place.

I also have to move to Europe but that is not included in the current "diversionary" costs.

As for building a computer, that could not compare with a mobile laptop with my current mobile connection.
It works in a 200 km ^3 + radius.

As for the license scheme, I have a Windows International license although that it is not the one that I am currently using.
That Windows International license is valid everywhere on the planet.

Other license schemes have other clauses as to where and how they are valid.
Microsoft also has global offices , and that shouldn't be anything new.

So what is the option for in case that I am aware, unless you don't have any?

Edit:
The External Graphic Card adapters above are not for External Graphic Cards.
They work on one monitor without requiring a second display scheme or system.

The external part of the device is the adapter itself.
It is intended to be an external part, like an external modem, since it is not designed to fit inside a laptop.

I also do design and have my own company for 21 years.

There is not external video card parts to be included or used in that system.
The Video cards parts that are intended to be used with that system are Personal Computer Desktop video cards which are designed to be connected to a desktop computer motherboard inside the desktop computer physical case.

Are you trying to do variable coercion?

Edit 2:
I also omitted that the police is involved.

Edit 3:
It is Core 2 Duo, 80 GB HD, DVD, WIFI, Web Camera, WIN 7 COA.
There is a mention that it is REG. $199.99, but it's instead sold for over $240 which is $100 off, and , 58% off, which is a good deal.
+ The local police tried to seize 4 of my computers so I have no use to get a more expensive system, it would be asking for problem and more seizure and forfeiture.

I myself have to go and train for police or take police science to be able to legally counter their activity and so , have enough security. It also works good with the interpol for movie copyright..

Finally got paid $500+ yesterday so I will get the laptop and 4GB RAM for the desktop which is going to storage.

I can also upgrade my current mobile connection by changing ISP for around $300 and would get 25mbps unlimited
at around $50 per month or less...
Compare to the current fair usage 10 GB cap + 3 GB max extra usage per month at 4 mbps to 8 mbps max,
throttled down to 32 kbps or 120 kbps (let's me log in 3 client, but runs too slow).
Fair does not mean to overcharge me for data transfer that never goes on my system,
just because the ISP deems it fair, and then boost my speed again,
once they deem that they lied enough about me.
