Yes, have them all, I think...

Sorry if I did not tell you, I read everywhere they where requiring DX11 so I was thinking that my effect where just not authentic, like... not the correct one or broken... I switched to the nine state tracker since before CCP added these new effects.

Well, lately, CCP somehow slightly broke the compatibility with the nine state tracker and I got stuck with normal wine for a while.....

Well, On the normal wine I did not get any effects at all and now I'm back on the nine tracker and it's all back.

WINE just need to be fixed, these all work using Open source drivers and the nine state tracker (Native D3Dx9). They seam to NOT NEED DX11.

Edit : I looked at some video and the effect for shield seam to be the same I actually get. I will do more test later and maybe post a video.

Those effects use a volume texture with DXT5 compression - the support for that is spotty at best in OpenGL.

Note, I could not record it the proper way as no program can directly capture D3D9 on Linux so I got to capture the screen instead of the program (Else I get "missing OpenGL blabla"). The FPS are a little slow but heh, it's a 5 years old computer running 7 XEN PV (Fancy VM) in the same time while capturing a game :).

These effects rely on a compressed volume texture. This texture format is technically not supported by DX9, although some drivers do seem to support it. We've recently updated our engine to provide a fallback by converting these textures to uncompressed volume textures if creating the compressed format fails.

Not at my rig right now, but I distinctly remember similar effects when I activate shield/armor modules. I thought they were always available, and not exclusive of DX11.

Kubuntu 14.04 (not all that important), GTX770, nvidia blob 355, SnorLauncher(tm).

Do it mean that now it should just work for everyone?
