EVE Technology Lab

In eve you can either have cool looking graphics or boring looking graphics. What I'm obviously talking about is when you shoot stuff. (with boring I mean lasers are just streaks of white light, same with rails and projectiles are not even visible)

I used to fix this by disabling and then re-enabling bloom, but seeing as that's not longer an option I do not know what to do. I've tried toggling various options in different combinations, but nothing seems to fix this. Seriously, I'm considering selling my nightmare because it's so goddamn boring to look at those pale lines smothering my enemies...
