PLEX vs Multiple Character Training Certificate?

Looking at Jita i found out that PLEX is cheaper than MCTC. How can it be? PLEX can be used as MCTC but it does not go opposite way. So in my opinion PLEX should be at least on MCTC level of price (read it as: MCTC should be cheaper than PLEX).

Where did i go wrong? What?

Jita is a player market and players can list product for any price they please. Overpriced MCTC's are still a better value than any of the scams being offered in Jita local.

You can also convert a PLEX into a MCTC so if you think prices are too high, convert a PLEX and make money !
