I had a bad feeling when the week started and now has materialized. Turns that I made a serious mistake in a difficult quotation for a troublesome client. I just wrote her an email this morning about the mistake and I am sure that this afternoon when she reads it I will have the mother of all sh*t storms on the phone... Sad

My coworker has one such client, but this client sometimes takes the pills and then is unusually calm. Maybe your client needs the same pills? Lol
