[o7 Show] Guess the Citadel survival rate!

Hey everyone! Now that citadels have been available for a few weeks we're ready to start revealing some more stats about them and I thought it might be fun to make a bit of a game out of one heavily discussed stat.

Many of you have been watching the killboards for dead citadels wondered what the Citadel survival rate is.

I have the answer in front of me but instead of revealing it right now, we'll give you all a chance to guess what it is and we'll reveal the answer on the o7 Show this Thursday!

So here's the groundrules for the game:

You're trying to guess two seperate numbers: the survival rate (from 0% to 100%) of Astrahus Citadels and the survival rate (from 0% to 100%) of Fortizar citadels.
The numbers we'll use for evaluating the answers will be from midnight GMT on the evening of May 18th. Survival rate will be calculated as the number of citadels online in space at midnight divided by the number of citadels that have ever started anchoring in space since the expansion release.
These stats will not count citadels that are still in their onlining phase as of midnight, nor does it count citadels that were destroyed as cargo in transit.
You may use as many significant digits as you wish for your answer.
We'll only take official guesses from this thread, so feel free to discuss in other venues like twitter and reddit but if you want the bragging rights of winning you need to post here.

The winner will be the person whose two guesses have the smallest combined offset from the two correct answers.

We'll give the winner a shoutout on the o7 show this week when we reveal the answer!

80%. Just based off random Astrahuses in J-space, the less-travelled portions of highsec, and uncontested null that I've seen.

My guess for fortizars is 75% survival rate
My guess for astrahus is a 42% survival rate. (answer to everything is 42, right? :D)
