Unable to connect on port 3724

Whenever i switch servers in the launcher to Singularity and try to connect, im getting this message:

Unable to connect to singularity.servers.eveonline.com on port 3724.

I know the default port should be 26000, so how and where do i change these settings? I can access Tranquility normally, but not Singularity.

So what does a bro have to do to get some help?

I've been trying for 3 weeks now, CCP doesnt answer tickets concerning Sisi related issues, instead you get forwarded here, where you also get no help and no answer for 10 days?

Thats just sad.
