May be interested in contacting you to acquire more detail. I'm assuming in-game mail should suffice?

One of the first things I did when I started to play Eve was to download EveMon and have found it to be an invaluable aide ever since.

Sad to see you go, but I wish you well for the future.

Wow this is sad news indeed.

Thank you very much for all the years of service. EveMon has been and still is the perfect mate for Eve-Online. I truly hope someone who understands the code will step up to the position and keep EveMon going for another 8 years.

I'm Sad but nothing can keep a man interested forever, so I can only hope that the new dev will keep EVEMon updated. It's a very useful software, I don't imagine how I could play EVE without it.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

I'd volunteer, but he wants someone with a good knowledge of C# and .net and I have a bad knowledge of Python and Java so...

I wish CCP could pick up this torch and make official 3rd party accesories that start to cover multiple devices (pc + tablet + mobile).

Besides the tools, you could add minigames to those special devices, and those minigames can be paid as "cheap extra content"..and i bet it would finance itself.

My apologies I missed the part where it was specified it is evemon not eve :(
Yes for evemon C# is a good solution in my opinion, and evemon is a good piece of software, i have been using it for years. To OP : good work !

And no, i would not use python or ruby for anything else than scripts :) I am a C++ hardcore programmer myself and I really hope they did not use C# for eve core.

I thought you were supposed to pick languages for major software projects based on their Reddit popularity.

EVE Online without EVEMon isn't worth playing.

Loved it throughout the years and still love it. Best of luck to you o7

No of course not, don't be silly.

They used Python for EVE core.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I am one of the legion who used EVEmon from nearly day one in EVE, and it is VERY good. (It was running when I read your post, it is running while I type this.)

Wishing you best of luck, whatever you do.

Evemon was always one of those tools I recommended to people on day 0 of their EvE career.
