CCP policy on purchasing items fromn third party sites?

what are you thinkin of purchasing as pretty much anything ingame for rl cash rmt, plex is slightly different

As far as I know, these sites are currently the only authorized vendors for plex etc, good for saving money on multibuys of plex;

I would be extremely cautious about buying from other sites not explicitly approved by CCP, there may be others of course but going from that list is a good place to start if you want to be 100% sure it's above board.

Just keep in mind that you cannot buy anything in-game for real currency with the exception of items sold by CCP (PLEX, Aurum) or their authorized partners (PLEX, game time codes). If it seems too good to be true, or if someone is trying to get you to buy in-game ISK, ships, etc for real currency then I would steer clear!

I think what the OP was looking for was how he could tell if a vendor is an authorized partner or not. I'm guessing that Erin's link took care of that.
