DEV & GM Titles

Any chance that the Devs and GM's could have a title below their name that gives us an idea of what role they have withing CCP.

Example -

CCP Spitfire
C C P
C C P Alliance
Russian Community Coordinator

CCP Navigator
C C P
C C P Alliance
Senior Community Representative

Main reason for this would allow players who are not overly familiar with what all the various GM's and Dev's do within CCP, know what they do and as such when a question is asked and responded to within the forums, we the players will know which department has responded to it.

Basically its nice to know that your having your kitchen fitted by a kithen fitter and the carpets laid by a carpet fitter. Whereas at the moment, for all we know the Russians are having theirs fitted by a painter and my bathroom has been tiled by a butcher!

Looking forward to some response to this please, and lets for once not troll it to death.

Id like to see that, i wouldnt like to code it as these forums are intergrated more then my grandma's 20 year old garden that has never been cut in to the backyard pool. But id like to see it.

And yes, Ash as in Pokemon lol
Other plays on my name include - Ash hole, Ash bandit, Ash tree, and not forgetting Ash tray.

We would probably have to hook the forums up with our internal staff database to display it on the side bar...but we could ask devs who post on the forums to have their title in the signature like I do for example. I think you make a good point and this would help players know what each dev does.

p.s. Navigator is Lead now. He shoots up the ranks so fast it's hard to keep track ;)

Can we have CCP's internal witty titles alongside the serious business titles as well?

Good point, and done. Although mine really does not add anything that the GM tag doesn't already do.

We would probably have to hook the forums up with our internal staff database to display it on the side bar...but we could ask devs who post on the forums to have their title in the signature like I do for example. I think you make a good point and this would help players know what each dev does.

p.s. Navigator is Lead now. He shoots up the ranks so fast it's hard to keep track ;)


CCP are the only company i know that interacts this much on this level with its customers / players.

I'd like to correct this signature. We have some fancy machine that handles the coffee making. I think it's magic or something.

I would agree with that. I am curious all the time about the jobs of various Devs within CCP.

I added my serious business title to my signature, I always do what CCP Guard tells me!

For the witty titles I'm sure everybody calls me the Duchess of Team BFF (okay maybe it's just me who does).
