[EveAuthUtility] A simple CLI utility for obtaining SSO tokens

I've made a simple CLI utility to simplify the process of obtaining SSO tokens. It's been posted for a while in my EveLib thread, but figured I'd create a separate one to make it a bit more visible, and I've also made some updates.
