Why is there so few BPO for mining barges?

Mining barge BPOs come from a restricted set of NPC stations in 0.0, so the market isn't flooded with them like most BPOs.

Be sure to check contracts, as there are often more there than on the regional market.

Outer Ring, specifically. It's not the friendliest place to visit but a travelceptor should get you in and out if you're careful.

There are actually only two stations in Outer Ring where ORE BPO and skill books are sold.

Last I heard, Space Monkeys [SMA] had moved into the region.

Previous to that, I made the trip a few times in a travel-fit Tengu. The last ORE BPO I just purchased already researched from contracts, as I wasn't willing to make the trip, and I don't mind paying a reasonable extra amount for the service of transport and research.
