Corp Director API Key Gneration Issues

I have a director that is trying to generate a corp API key, but is running into issues when trying to generate the key. He is selecting the correct toon, but when trying to select the Type it only lets him select character (the corporation selection is greyed out).

Any suggestions?

Make sure he is really a director Blink but if you are very sure of that I'd report it to CCP since it might be his account is bugged. Also if he can he might try it with a different web browser or another computer.
