I used to play Eve a long time ago. I've tried to come back a few times, but since SP is real time and I can't just power level to max I kept getting bored and giving up. It sucks not being able to do any of the stuff I like to do for months. But now thanks to skill injectors I can actually have a character I can do stuff with again. It's nowhere near as good as my old character, but at least it's not totally useless. I just wanted to thank whoever came up with the idea for skill injectors. It's because of you that this time my return will finally stick. I'm sure I'm not the only one who subbed or resubbed because of them. You deserve a raise.

Got to agree with you there, I also recently returned and like the Injectors a lot. Price makes them a tough choice for the average Joe so restricts the usage somewhat IMO.

I'm on the other side of the Skill Inector love... having 14 alt accounts and extracting them was some insane cash at launch and continues to make a pretty decent amount.

my only problem is that I spent all my liquid ISK on injectors and was then promptly evicted from my cash cow wormhole.

so, i can now fly a heap of ships I can't afford (at least until the new income stream comes online).

I know the feeling. I spent all my ISK on the injectors and barely had enough left to get a dominix. I just unlocked level 4's last night and got enough to get most of my missing parts, although it was hard with a bunch of slots empty. I'm still missing 2 rigs. >.< I'm trapped in high sec until I save enough to replace my ship if I die, but I want to go back to null ASAP.

Erm.. Just wanted to say be careful flying big ships before you know how to handle them. The advantage of the old way of skilling was you gradually got into larger ships, not all at once, so you could learn valuable lessons that way.

I don't want to see new people come into Eve, but a ton of injectors, get into a super shiney carrier, then promptly lose it from not knowing they can't go into high (or the like).

Remember like half a year ago when they came out with 50 skills in the queue up to 10 years of training?
Well that was another good time to hop onto the train because you could have started training then come back now and have 10m more SP (roughly)
